The Termite Company
Owner of TriCounty termite has been in the pest control industy for 20 years. When you call I will be the one who answers the phone. When you need service, I will be the one on site. When you call we can get right to your needs and answer any questions you may have. I currently own Earthwise Termite and Pest located in The Woodlands Texas. I will be transitioning to my new company TriCounty Termite full time early next year. Whether you need a commercail or residential termite treatment, we can take care of it. I am pre-construction specific. This would be subslab soil treatments in a five county radius. I also provide BoraCare termite treatments for those who prefer that method of application.

Located in Bedias Texas we service Grimes, Brazos, Walker, Madison and Montgomery counties. We are termite pre-construction specific. We have been in business just under 20 years. If you are needing a termite soil treatement reach out and we will gladly add you to the schedule. I personally answer all phone calls answering questions 7 days a week. I have the necessary equipment to accommodate up to 10, 000 square feet on short notice without needing water. Soil treatment areas larger than 10, 000 will require a water source. If enough notice is given, I can accommodate 16, 000 square feet without a water source. TBC

With the necessary equipment, water trailers and experience, any size termite soil treatment can be serviced in a timely manner. Located in Grimes county Texas. Our service area reaches Brazos, Montgomery, Walker, Madison and some of Harris county.
Termite Soil Treaments
No job is to small commercial or residential. When the select fill soil is in place, leveled and ready for plastic, it's time for a termite treatment. The termite chemical is applied directly to the soil just prior to covering the soil with plastic. We need at least a few days notice prior to any treatment. Timing in very important to keep things flowing smoothly and on time. Call us as soon as you know when the concrete is going to be poured. You want your treatment done before plastic and prior to concrete. If this window is missed you have the option to treat all wood studs in the structure when it's in the dried in state. This is when the building has a roof and sides with all studs and plumbing exposed.

This property is in beautiful Montgomery county Texas. This is a custom in the making. The crew is doing the final touches on to the soil preparing for the termite treatment. By the end of the day this soil pad was treated, plastic put in place ready for concrete.
Dollar Tree Humble Texas
Arrived on site the night before, ready to apply the product at sunrise. This Dollar Tree location is just north of Houston Texas. It was much easier getting there the day prior instead of dealing with Houston traffic. The service truck was complete with stand alone air conditioner and twin bed. As soon as we had enough light we were ready to go.

Another beautiful home being built in beautiful Montgomery county Texas. The crew has unboxed the plastic and doing some last minute touches on the soil pad. Termite treatments are especially important in these wooded areas. Termites will swarm out of these woods once a year and attempt to build new colonies close by. Having a good termite application prior to concrete is imperative.

Applying BoraCare directly to the wood offers a much wider range of treatment opportunities. BoraCare is a stand quality stand alone termite treatment. Rain or shine a BoraCare wood termite treatment can be done anytime. BoraCare is a natural product that only requires a few gallons of water. A combination of BoraCare wood treatment and a traditional soil treatment will keep the structure protected for many years.

BoraCare treatment are done during the home's dried in stage. The treated studs are out of the elements yielding lasting protection. What is the "Dry-In" Stage?
The dry-in stage is the exact moment a newly built structure is protected from the elements but before the interior walls are closed up. It means the roof, exterior sheathing, are completely installed,.
This is the absolute best time to apply a Bora-Care treatment. Because the home is dried in, the wood is protected from being washed clean by rain, yet all the raw studs, framing, and sill plates are still fully exposed and easy to reach. Applying Bora-Care at this stage locks in protection against termites and rot before the drywall goes up.
